Before joining BPPromos in 2026, Luke spent eight years at Millcraft mastering the art of brand representation across paper, packaging, wide format, and custom program solutions. Before that? He spent eight years on the sidelines as a football coach — where he learned that culture, preparation, and teamwork aren't buzzwords, they're the difference between winning and losing.

After living in four time zones, Fort Wayne is now home for Luke.  He brings a national perspective with a local commitment. When he's not helping brands find their voice, you'll find him chasing his three kids, logging miles, exploring the outdoors, or hanging out on one of the Great Lakes.
